Mindfulness became one of the most important and interesting topics for me, since I have been looking more into Yoga and Meditation. Our society and economy is becoming faster and faster every day. We have so many external influence trying to direct us into one or another direction. Therefore, looking in is a place of peace and serenity for me. Being mindful helps calm me down and not freak out in this crazy outside world.
