DAY 2

I am grateful for… 

…my BODY πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ. 

It carries me around 24/7 and functions my whole life without me doing a lot! Furthermore, it supports me, when I demand crazy things like being upside down (handstand) or trying to life weights within a functional drill workout that nearly ‘kills’ me^^ – this workout session inspired me for todays post. I had the feeling of nearly collapsing several times during the workout and was feeling a bit sick afterwards. Now you can let your imagination do the rest, to find out what kind of excercise this was.

Well my body has to endure lots of things for me. I try my best to treat it well but probably don’t succeed 100% of the time. 

At the moment I am planning to do a birthday skydive in August, which is probably also not the most normal thing for my body to deal with πŸ™ˆ. Anyhow, those are reasons why I love my body so much! It is always there for me and does magical things✨. The whole body system is a miracle for me. 

I see it as my responsibility to support my body with positive thoughts about it, the best nourishment possible, enough sleep, excercise, fresh air and yoga πŸ’–.
